Board-certified orthopedic surgeon, Richard M. Graves, MD, has joined UT Health East Texas Physicians in Quitman. Dr. Graves treats patients of all ages who suffer from orthopedic pain or injuries.
Dr. Graves completed his Bachelor of Science from Stephen F. Austin State University. He earned his medical degree and continued his residency at Texas Tech University Health Science Center in Lubbock.
Dr. Graves is employed as a clinical faculty physician at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler under the UT Tyler School of Medicine.

Dr Graves and his staff are amazing. He did my TKR on my left knee in May. He did a fantastic job. I'm very happy with my recovery. His staff has been extremely helpful and friendly even tho I've had a million questions! Dr Graves will be performing my TKR on my right knee the end of August. I have full confidence this surgery will go well and that I will be well cared for. I highly recommend Dr Graves ! Thank you all for taking sure good care of me !!!

Dr. Graves is a excellent Doctor. He did my knee surgery several years ago. It is and has been very good! I fell several months ago and he has helped me so much. He always give good professional advice with insight to the problem. He has helped guide me to make good decisions for my healing going forward!
